3M™ VHB™ Tape GPH-060GF (Performance Features)
· Basic Spec: Gray, 0.6 mm (25 mil) thick double-sided acrylic foam tape with a conformable acrylic foam core and red PE liner.
· High-Temp Resistance: Excellent thermal stability—short-term up to 230°C (450°F) and long-term up to 150°C (300°F). Ideal for bonding prior to powder coating or liquid painting processes.
· Bond Strength & Durability: Delivers high, permanent bond strength (25 N/cm 90° peel adhesion on stainless steel, ASTM D3330) and long-term durability.
· Substrate Compatibility: Bonds strongly to metals, aluminum, ABS, and most medium/high surface-energy materials.
· Design & Assembly:
o Replaces rivets, screws, welding, and liquid adhesives.
o Virtually invisible fastening for smooth, clean surfaces.
o Eliminates drilling, grinding, and refinishing.
o Enables thinner, lighter, and dissimilar materials.

· Typical Static Shear: Holds 500 g on stainless steel (0.5 in² / 3.23 cm²) for 10,000 minutes (~7 days) at 177°C (350°F) (ASTM D3654)
