Performance Features: 3M™ VHB™ Tape GPL-110GF (English)
· Basic Specs: Gray, 1.1 mm (45 mil) thick double-sided acrylic foam tape; closed-cell conformable acrylic foam core; red PE film liner.
· High Initial Tack & Low-Temp Application:
o Superior initial adhesion — bonds instantly on contact for immediate handling strength.
o Low-temperature application: usable down to 0°C (32°F) (frost-free surfaces).
· Bond Strength:
o 90° peel adhesion (stainless steel): 37 N/cm (21 lb/in) (ASTM D3330, 72h @ 23°C).
o High permanent bond strength for structural assembly.
· Temperature Resistance:
o Long-term continuous: 85°C (185°F)
o Short-term peak: 110°C (230°F)
o Not designed for high-temp paint/powder-coat bakes (vs. GPH series).
· Substrate Compatibility:
o Bonds strongly to metals (steel, aluminum), glass, ABS, PC, powder-coated surfaces, automotive paints, ceramics.
· Design & Assembly:
o Replaces rivets, screws, welding, liquid adhesives.
o Invisible, clean bonding (no drill holes, no weld marks).
o Excellent gap-filling: fills gaps up to 0.8 mm.
o Conforms well to uneven, curved, mismatched surfaces.
· Sealing & Durability:
o Closed-cell structure provides permanent water/moisture sealing.
o Excellent UV resistance, weatherability, anti-aging (outdoor suitable).
o Resists oil, most cleaners, plasticizers.
