Performance Features of 3M™ VHB™ Tape GPH-110GF
Material & Construction: Gray, 1.1 mm (0.045 in) thick double-sided acrylic foam tape with a closed-cell, conformable acrylic foam core and a red PE film liner
High Temperature Resistance: Excellent thermal stability—short-term up to 230°C (450°F) and long-term up to 150°C (300°F). Ideal for bonding prior to powder coating or liquid painting processes.
Bonding Strength: Provides high, permanent bond strength (37 N/cm 90° peel adhesion on stainless steel) and long-term durability.
Substrate Compatibility: Bonds strongly to metals, aluminum, ABS, and most medium/high surface-energy materials.
